This is where route notes land. If you walked a coastal or mountain path and want to pass on what you found, write it down and send it through. The same address works if you would rather ask about the next weekend walk before committing to it.
Messages are read by the small group of hikers who test the paths on foot and write the reports. Nothing here creates an account, a booking or a payment. You send notes, we read them.
Distance, elevation, water points, wind on the ridge, the month you walked it, overgrown sections, faded markers, shortcuts that actually save time. Anything you noticed is useful to the next walker.
If you have walked a coastal or mountain route recently, the club wants the details that matter on the ground: distance covered, elevation gained, where water actually appeared, how exposed the ridge felt, and whether the markers still hold up. Notes from walkers who were there beat any second-hand description.
Use the form to send your observations or to ask about joining the next weekend walk. The small group of hikers who test paths on foot reads everything that comes in. Submitting the form confirms technical receipt on the thanks page; it does not create an account, booking or reservation.

A few practical notes on what helps us file a report properly. None of this is a hard requirement, and a rough message from the trail is better than a perfect one you never send.
We read submissions as a small group of walkers, not a support desk. If something is missing, we will work with what you gave us.
Name the path as it appears on your map, and pick the region it sits in. If a route crosses two areas, choose the one where most of the walking happens.
Approximate figures are fine. Total distance, the biggest climb and where the steep sections fall matter more than exact numbers.
Note where water actually appeared, and whether it looked seasonal. On ridges, say how exposed the traverse felt and which direction the wind came from.
Overgrown sections, faded markers and shortcuts are the most useful things you can report. Say roughly where they start and how long they run.
Photos from the walk help, but they are optional. If you send any, mention the month you walked and the conditions on the day, so we can place the notes in the right season.
